Who We Are

This website is operated by Nikivya India Exim Pvt Ltd, trading as Nikivya Semiconductor. We source electronic components for Indian manufacturers.

For the purposes of data protection law, Nikivya India Exim Pvt Ltd is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

What We Collect

This is a static website. There are no user accounts and no login. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through our enquiry and quote forms:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your requirement details (part numbers, quantities, notes)
• Any BOM (Bill of Materials) files you upload

If you contact us directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us through those channels.

How We Use It

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and as a short alert to our team on Telegram, so we can respond quickly. We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you place an order, to fulfil it.

That means quoting, sourcing, order coordination, shipping, invoicing, and the follow-up communication those activities need.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to any marketing list without your consent.

We use a few service providers to run this website and deliver your enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting, security and visit counts), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), Telegram (the alert to our team) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics. They process data on our behalf and not for their own marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you; it gives us totals such as page views, the pages that referred visitors, countries and page speed.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages buyers read and how they reach a quote request. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, kept for up to two years) and Google may process this data outside India. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner; if you click Decline, or make no choice, it does not load. Advertising features stay switched off.

Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage), not in a cookie, so the banner does not ask again on every page. To change it, use Cookie settings at the foot of any page; declining removes the Google Analytics cookies this site set. We use no advertising pixel.

Server Logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep basic server logs — things like IP addresses, request times, and pages visited. These are standard technical records used for security and troubleshooting, not for profiling visitors.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as we need it to handle your requirement and to meet our legal and accounting record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Your Rights

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) gives you rights over your personal data. In plain words:

• Access — you can ask us what personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — you can ask us to fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erasure — you can ask us to delete your data when we no longer need it.
• Grievance — you can raise a complaint about how we handle your data.
