Why components become hard to find
Allocation Constraints
When demand exceeds supply, manufacturers allocate production to their largest customers first. If your order volume doesn't make you a priority, you wait. We look for the same components through parallel channels (agents, brokers and distributors in Shenzhen and Hong Kong) that operate outside the allocation queue.
Long Lead Times
Standard distributor lead times of 20–52 weeks aren't unusual for certain component families. Our network can often find the same part outside the franchised queue, because we check several sources in Shenzhen and Hong Kong at once. We confirm the lead time on each quote.
Distribution Gaps
Not every component from every manufacturer is stocked by Indian distributors. Regional availability gaps are real. Our sourcing network in Shenzhen and Hong Kong helps cover these gaps.
Low-Volume Requirements
