Importing electronic components from China yourself means managing a chain of complexity: supplier negotiations on Teams at midnight, TT payments in foreign currency, quality verification before shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance with correct HS codes, IGST and BCD calculations, and hoping the shipment matches what you ordered.

Or you send us the BOM, and we handle everything.

What our import handling covers

Supplier Coordination

We manage the supplier relationship. Communication in their timezone, quality requirements in their language, payment terms they're comfortable with. You don't touch the complexity.

Photo Checks on Request

On request, we photo-check labels, date codes and packaging before the parts are dispatched, and confirm quantities against the order.

Shipping & Logistics

We ship by air from Hong Kong through our freight and customs partners, and handle clearance into India. Most shipments go by air courier; air cargo is an option for large consignments. The transit time is confirmed on each quote.

Customs Clearance

Correct HS code classification (85322300 for capacitors, 85332929 for resistors, etc.), customs documentation, duty calculations. Our IEC registration enables direct import.

GST Invoicing

You receive a proper GST invoice from Nikivya India Exim Pvt Ltd. Full input tax credit available. No grey-area paperwork that your auditors will flag.

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of entry, certificate of conformance where the supplier provides one. Everything your accounts team needs, filed cleanly.

What you save

  • Time spent managing Chinese suppliers across timezones
  • Risk of quality issues discovered after delivery
  • Delays from incorrect HS code classification in customs
  • Complexity of forex and payment management for international TT transfers
  • Overhead of maintaining your own IEC registration and customs clearance process
